Project Management:

• Analysing the scope of work, establishing methodology, splitting the job into identifiable tasks and placing them in a practical construction sequence is done as part of the planning stage of each project.

• Programme and progress tracking is done with Microsoft Project. A copy of the programme is made available to the client as part of the overall project coordination.

• Quantity Surveying is usually done in agreement with Carters. Approved drawings are supplied for checking and scheduling of materials supply prior to providing quotations.

• Health and Safety plan will be applied.

• Quality Control is done for the duration of the project. Quality of completed components or tasks are checked against drawings prior to moving on to the next component of work or organising building inspections.
